Bath street shops (near espy/beach house)

Hello porty,

Does anyone know anything about the 2 shops at the bottom of Bath street?
They are numbers 46 & 50... near the espy/beach house
One of them has an old sign which reads 'Singh da store'.
They were used when i was growing up in porty 20ish years ago.

I'd like to find out if either of them would be available to rent... But not sure how to find out..
Any assistance/advice would be much appreciated.

The Scottish Assessors website is good for this sort of info. Search the address and you should get the proprietor’s address too. The summary valuation links also include good info on the size of the unit.
