Mrs Catz wanted to go out for a coffee so...
We drove 45 mins north last night to go for the coffee, saw a house up for sale, had a look to be noisey, and ended up buying it!!
Imagine what she costs when you take her out for a meal!!
mind you....its nice to be a property owner again

There's nothing worse than noisey neighbours, nosey and noisy at the same time - it's an awful combination.
